HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING (HPDC)
ACTIVE consists of various (HPDC) System with 80/120/180 /250 tons capacity of HPDC. High Pressure Die Casting machines used to produced light alloy parts with high precision, superior surface finish, excellent uniformity and optimum mechanical properties.
DRILLING - TAPPING & BUFFING
Drilling refers to creating a smooth hole in Casting. Tapping is the action that creates a thread into the side of the hole. A variety of taps are available to much almost any screw type available. Polishing and buffing are finishing processes for smoothing a work pieces surface using an abrasive and a work wheel. While buffing uses a loose abrasive applied to the work wheel.
SHOT BLASTING
The shot blasing machine is a process that helps in cleaning the casting and provides a surface finish that helps in retaining the coating on the casting. Shot blasting also improves mechanical properties of the casting
POWDER COATING
Powder coating surface finish for custom die cast parts. Powder coating is a surface applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. It is often used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
